Training Coordinator

Arizona Health Care is currently hiring for a full-time Training Coordinator !

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and be able to meet the following requirements:

  • The ability to present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
  • Effective communication skills in writing, email, and in person
  • Skills in utilizing the computer; Word programs, Excel spread sheets, and data entry
  • Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal and cooperative working relationships with trainees and other departments within the agency as well as outside vendors
  • Ability to coach and develop others in a classroom setting
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Able to obtain certification as an instructor in one or more topics such as: Prevention & Support, First Aid/CPR, Cultural Competency, and/or Article 9
  • Ability to organize learners by using Relias Learning Management System (RLMS), assign courses and curriculum, send automatic email alerts on training, and generate reports, etc.

Preference will be given to applicants with a background as an instructor, trainer or educator

**Full Time**

Mon.- Fri. 8am-5pm

$16-18/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
